CleverStore mobile app and www.stetoscop.com — account and personal data deletion
This page explains how to delete the account you created in the CleverStore mobile app (published on Google Play and the App Store by Clever Applications Srl) or on www.stetoscop.com, together with the personal data associated with it. You can do this yourself, at any time, without contacting us.

Delete your account from the app
- Open the CleverStore app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Privacy and personal data.
- Tap "Delete my account", enter your password and confirm.
Delete your account from the website
- Sign in on www.stetoscop.com with the same email address you use in the app.
- Open My account → Privacy and personal data.
- Use "Delete my account" and confirm with your password.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to your account, write to us from the email address the account was created with and we will delete it within 30 days. info@stetoscop.com
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted immediately and irreversibly: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, saved wishlist, recently viewed products, marketing consents and the login credentials. The account can no longer be used.
- Kept in anonymised form: invoices and order records, without any personal data, for the period required by Romanian tax law (5 years).
- You can also ask for specific data to be deleted without closing your account, by email.
