كيف تعمل عمليات إرجاع الشحنات

As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason; we extend this to 30 calendar days. The direct cost of sending the products back is yours: our courier return service costs 20 lei.

You can withdraw with the “Withdraw from the contract here” button in your account or on the order tracking page, with the form above, or with the withdrawal form (Annex 2 to GEO 34/2014).

6. 6 استرداد المبلغ — including the standard delivery cost you paid, within about 3 business days of receiving the product and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you told us you are withdrawing.

ما هي المنتجات المؤهلة للإرجاع؟

يجب أن تكون المنتجات في نفس الحالة التي تم تسليمها بها: البطاقات مرفقة، لا توجد علامات على الاستخدام، في العبوة الأصلية، مع جميع الملحقات

The right of withdrawal does not apply to (art. 16 GEO 34/2014):

• Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery (stethoscope eartips and diaphragms, glucose tests, anti-bedsore mattresses, nebulizer accessories, braces worn on the skin, compression socks).
• المنتجات المعقمة غير المختومة (الكمادات، الضمادات، الجوارب الطبية، منتجات النظافة، شفاطات الجراحة، الأقنعة، المواد الاستهلاكية ذات الاستخدام الواحد، إلخ)
• مستحضرات التجميل أو منتجات العناية الشخصية المستخدمة أو المفتوحة

You may handle and inspect the products as you would in a shop. If a product was used beyond that, we accept the withdrawal and deduct only an amount matching its loss in value, which we justify to you in writing. Do not stick tape or labels directly on the product packaging.

ضمان

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery (GEO no. 140/2021), for which we are responsible as the seller. Defects caused by improper use or unauthorized interventions are not a lack of conformity.

الكيانات القانونية

Old electrical equipment (WEEE)

When you buy an electrical or electronic device from us (electronic stethoscope, blood pressure monitor, thermometer, pulse oximeter), you can hand over an old device of the same type free of charge, one for one, at delivery or by sending it back to us — tell us when you order. Electrical waste must never go in household bins: the crossed-out wheelie bin on the product means it is collected separately.
